Beneath a mural by artist Evan Sohun, the kitchen staff hosts live cooking sessions, allowing patrons to watch through a wide glass panel separating the kitchen from the dining area. Out on its terrace, L’Entracte offers diners and theatergoers their first taste of what makes the Caudan Arts Centre special: Whether you’re attending a temporary exhibition, a play, or a dance performance, the terrace’s artsy and welcoming atmosphere immediately sets the mood.
