Kathak Ki Kahaani, Bollywood Ki Zubaani is an unique dance-theatre production that celebrates the timeless bond between the classical elegance of Kathak and the magic of Indian cinema. Curated and directed by Vidushi Arpita Banerjee, the performance traces Kathak’s remarkable journey—from the royal courts and legendary gurus to its unforgettable presence on the silver screen. 

Through captivating choreography, evocative storytelling, and iconic cinematic moments, the production pays tribute to the maestros, actors, and filmmakers who have preserved and popularised this exquisite art form across generations. Featuring performances by Arpita Banerjee herself along with her students and students of Trishtee Toory, the evening promises a vibrant blend of tradition, nostalgia, grace, and emotion.
