A Christmas Carol

A Christmas Carol comes to life in this heartwarming first-year production, reimagined through the enthusiasm and creativity of our young performers. Adapted from Charles Dickens’ timeless tale, the story follows the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge as he is visited by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come, ultimately discovering compassion, generosity and the true spirit of Christmas.

But at the heart of this production is also a milestone worth celebrating: for the very first time, our young performers are stepping onto the Caudan Arts Centre stage together. After a full year of drama classes, they now bring everything they have discovered to a live audience. This performance marks their first encounter with stage lights, costumes and the excitement of theatre-making as a group. They will double up in roles, collaborate behind the scenes and supports one another to bring this classic to life with joy, courage and imagination.

This debut production is not only a celebration of Dickens’ message, but also a celebration of growth, dedication and the beginning of many artistic journeys.
